Terms of Service & Policy
Statement Shipping & Tracking:
• Orders shipped through our Priority and Express shipping options can be tracked on our shipping carriers' Web sites. • If you wish to track an
order, go to Track Your Orders. • If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Cancellation of Orders:
You can cancel an order after you've completed it, provided that we have not already finished processing the order for shipment.* To cancel after your order is
completed, call Customer Service at 800-660-4421 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (PST), M-F.
*We will do our best to act on your request to cancel orders after you have placed them. However, we fill orders quickly and may have already processed your
order for shipping. If we are unable to cancel your order before it has been processed, you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them provided the guidelines outlined in the
returns and exchanges sections are met.
Returns:
• Purchaser is required to contact us and obtain an RMA #. (Return Materials Authorization). • Return process can take 2 to 3 weeks. • Returns
must be received within 15 days of receipt. • Returns must be in original package with packing slip or copy of such and indication of RMA #. • Product returned must be in
condition received or refund may be denied. • Purchaser is advised to obtain shipping insurances as need. • If an error occurred on our part in shipping your order, we will
issue a credit for any applicable shipping. • I return is due to defective product, then refund will include applicable shipping costs. • After we receive your returned item,
you will either receive a refund or the replacement item you specified. • Returns are credited to the original purchasers payment method. • Special order items may be
charged a 35% handling and restocking fee. • Non electrical item returns are
subject to a 25% restocking fee. • Electrical Items are not
returnable. • All Golf Car returns are subject to a 50% restocking
fee. Contact us for transport arrangements.
Exchanges:
• Exchanges must be approved in advance and purchaser will be provided an RMA #. (Return Materials Authorization) • Exchange process can take 4 to
6 weeks. • Exchanges must be received within 15 days of receipt. • Exchanges must be in original package with packing slip or copy of such. • Product exchanges must be in
condition received or refund may be denied. • Purchaser is advised to obtain shipping insurances as need. • Indicate on the back of the packing slip, the RMA #, the item you
are returning, the reason and the new item(s) you want sent. • Please be as specific as possible when describing the new item and include the part number. • Then enclose
the invoice with your return. • The item returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new item(s) will be charged to the same payment method. • Applicable
restocking fees listed in the returns policy above may apply. • Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable. • Shipping will be charged for the new item(s)
sent.
