Remanufacture Process
(during these steps all points are
checked and parts replaced as needed)
1. Strip unit down to
the chassis. Clean and inspect the chassis. Chassis
touch up paint.
2. Install NEW shocks, NEW
leaf springs, REBUILD steering box.
3. REPLACE all rubber bushings.
4. Disassemble motor, inspect, clean and
REPLACE brushes as needed.
5. Inspect differential and change oil.
6. Inspect drums and install NEW
Brakes.
7. Lube all bearings and ball joints.
8. Inspect electrical system. Check wiring, test
controller, switches and REPLACE as needed.
9. INSTALL Lift Kit and NEW
22x10 Off-Road Tires.
10. Install NEW batteries.
11. Install NEW body.
12. Install NEW windshield, NEW
rocker panels.
13. Clean and install top and install NEW
Tires.
14. REUPHOLSTER Seats.
15. Charger test, batteries charged and road test.
